DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Here at Nanna's Secrets we know how important it is that you have a faultless delivery service.
We use Royal Mail for all our consumer deliveries and the available options will be given at checkout.
All delivery charges are set by Royal Mail and we do not profit from any delivery charges.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described:
By returning any item(s) to us, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our returns policy.
Nanna's Secrets will accept all returns and grant a full or partial refund, where possible if the item is in it's original and unopened packaging, if returned within 14 days.
If the item is not in its original packaging and opened and you return the product to us within 14 days, then you can still get a refund, however, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to any damaged or opened items. The 25% restocking fee is calculated before you receive your refund.
Any item(s) being returned to us will be done so at the cost of the consumer where any charges such as postage are applicable.
Please note, we will not refund your postage fee if you paid for anything extra other than our free delivery service.
